A beautiful being asked me the other day, "what's one thing that has a big impact in your reality?" I shared, "that everything is always working out for me". There are many beliefs we all current have. Some work in our favor and some don't. It doesn't matter if you're inventory of beliefs. It only matters which are most active in your day-to-day conscious awareness.

Connecting, being aware of and embodying the belief of EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME has the ability to shift in altar all of your beliefs. Which in turn shifts and alters your internal emotional state which reflects in your external environment.

If there was ever one thing to remind yourself and to know into the core of you to be so true it is EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME.

Now, knowing this makes no difference. Engaging with it and embodying it makes the world of difference. Another way said makes your world different.

So what is there to do?

Know these simple words EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME.

There are multitude of ways to begin or to continue to connect with this knowingness. You can write it every single morning - You can look at yourself in the mirror gazing into your eyes and verbally express the words - You can lay in a meditative state with your hands on your heart whispering the words. And other infinite ways of embodying EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME.

And when you find yourself unsure of how to do this, of staying connected to this knowingness and diving deep into the depths of your soul. And the guidance for help, for the connection of working with someone who knows how to guide you in this experience.

That's where I show up for you. I've worked with beings for over 9 years plunging into the depths of their souls with them. My desire has always been to be a guide you to your inner knowing and inner truth; for you to reveal what's inside of you.

"I always manifest the most delicious food experiences." 👆 Like that?

It's yours. Declare it and make it so. And watch all the most perfect for you good experiences show up. And everytime you go somewhere you love, appreciate it and acknowledge what a bad ass creator you are for the experience - how much you love the food, your waiter, friends you're with, the taste of the water - whatever you loved.. Like attracts like.

Put this in your vibration and you'll have more and more experiences you love!!!! You want to know how I do it?

First of course everything above that I shared AND by how it feels (vibrationally). When someone talks about food in any regard, type of food, place to go, invitation for dinner, etc I know whether I'M in alignment for it by how it feels to me. I emphasize "whether I'M in alignment for it" because we all have unique desires. You may be in alignment for food that I'm not and vice versa.

The most important thing to me in my food experience is QUALITY - local, fresh, sustainable, handmade/picked/caught/etc. The second is ambience and cleanliness - if it's dirty and dingy it's not for me. So when I feel the vibration of place whether it's in conversation, I find it online, I walk past it, I know if it's right for me.

So how to feel that.. well of it's right for me it just shows up as a YES, it feel good, I'm drawn to it, there's not a question about it. If it's a NO, it's a NO. I'm not drawn to it not does it feel exciting or intriguing. It's really just intuition refined over years and years.

So... Say it over and over and appreciate it Everytime it shows up and appreciate it even if it's not there yet or when it doesn't happen. Because you knew it wasn't right for you before you ate it/ate there!!!!!!!! "I ALWAYS MANIFEST THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD EXPERIENCES"

What if I started engaging with the world as if I created it?

What if every time I "saw" someone sad I took responsibility for what I have perceived as their sadness as my sadness.

What if every time I complained about the president of the United States I took responsibility for what I am complaining about as what I perceive as loss of control in my own life.

What if every time I blamed someone for an experience I am having or have had in my life I took responsibility for the precieved wrong doing as my own creation.
What if every time I felt a physical pain in my body I took responsibility for the precieved pain as a reflection of my constant state of thought.

What if... I lived in my own world created by me?
Oh wait, I do!

What I see, perceive and experience in the world IS a reflection of my inner world expresses outwardly.

I created the world the way I see it.
